Members being rehired Covid Mandate

I watch a guy who has a prepping channel who was “fired” for not getting the shot. Anyways, he’s live right now and stated he was rehired about a month ago, and stated a few other guys have been rehired. No backpay or anything, but they offered the job back “no strings attached”. He waited them out and is back in the job.
