New Quarters for E268 / L137

Apparently this has been a long time coming, as this related to damage from Sandy in 2012. (I thought there was a thread of discussion on this, but couldn't find it).

Contract was finally awarded on 6/20/25: DCAS Procurement Award Notice at a cost of $33M.

Money was there for E260 to get the floor done when the super pumper arrived never happened till last month. The tent for SOC island was approved money was there just arrived a few months ago and has been sitting until someone decides to build it.

I believe the BFU is moving to 268 also the specs had the BFU in the 3rd bay.

Has there been any announcements on construction delays and/or cost overruns yet?

Any word on what they're going to do with the old Quarters? Does it have landmark status? I believe Engine 94 (same building) has landmark status which is why the City wouldn't allow the companies to repaint the colors of the faded terra cota emblems over the apparatus doors. I believe E285 is in the same situation.
