lt's been decades since the last rotary lights were on back of FDNY apparatus ( rearmounts, towers ... ).

The 2016-2017 Final batch of Ferrara Ladders had the Rotabeam Lightbars on them.

on the rear ( '' at the back '' )? really? l thought he was referring to the back of the truck, as in those old style rotary mirror beacon types, but maybe he did mean ''at the back'' of the cab roof lightbars. Aren't these bars on the brand new Seagraves rearmounts cab roofs the same, or very similar, as those 2016 - 17 Ferraras rearmounts anyway ? You're confusing me now, lol.

My bad, I read that wrong. I thought the front bars was what was being referred to when talking about the rotary lighting until I read that back again.

2022 is the model year for the physical Seagrave truck.
Shops identifies new rigs by the year and order they receive them, hence why they use 23.

Perhaps the shop found some things that needed to be changed. Common for the first few to come
Off the line have minor things incorrect on it.

the 23 in SL23 is the fiscal year of purchase. Its a 2022 Model Rig as its chassis was built in 2022.
