i think tillers fit in most station i know L4 & L25 both fit tillers

Ladder 52 could use a tiller with the arrow streets in Riverdale.

No where to move the Tower Ladder. Washington heights sure needs then where they are… can’t have 2 Tillers pulling up front of the building.

5,6,and 20 are all in the same area, so it's possible to have two pull up

There are almost no vacant buildings in northern Manhattan. That was one of the reasons for TLs.

There were 11 new TILLERS ( REAL FIRETRUCKS THAT BEND ) on order. The only 2 tillers not ordered at this time are 147 & 175. I think one is a 2016 & the other 2017.
There are no extra tillers being ordered..

Many FHs can no longer fit a Tiller Rig all the way inside as many modifications & inside structures have been built thru the years.

No, both are aerials assigned to ladder companies.
