Progress report - BC Steve Elliott progressing well after major surgery. He may be released from hospital tomorrow. I spoke with him yesterday and he is still weak and tired, but in good spirits. He sends his thanks to all for the support he has received from his friends and well-wishers on our site. He says "Still doubtful".

Thanks to everyone for their kind comments and good wishes . . . I appreciate them all. And Willy: you DO eat too much. But then, so do I.

Happy Birthday Ray!

On the recovery side, first I want to thank everyone for their prayers and get well communications. I spent 9 days in the hospital, being discharged last Friday. First follow-up with my Surgeon was today and all is healing well. Another 6 weeks of not lifting, but overall everything is going well.
