Just heard Jimmy Cooney, E281-254, passed away.
Wake Monday at Marine Park FH 10/28 2-4 7-9, Funeral at Good Shepherd RC Church 10/29
He was the 375th member to succumb to 9/11 related illnesses.
RIP He was a good guy😢

Very saddened to hear of Ret Lt (and site member) Jim Cooney Seniors' passing.

Was a lovely man to chat to at the Maggie Mays get together dinners and was very helpful to me on my first NYCFire.net trip to NYC

My thoughts are with his wife and sons Jim Jr and Mike (both OTJ) and the rest of the family
