revised response policy

is the new response policy, trialed in Queens and rolled out in Brooklyn not too long ago, with 2nd and 3rd due companies on initial boxes going at normal road speed, and trucks responding to elevators and floods etc at normal roadspeed, roled out in the Da Bronx and Manhattan yet??

It will go citywide in October
Ems may also change. Currently no L/S to segment 7 and 8

From this, FDNY Truck companies must only be travelling on lights an noise to 1st due boxes and nothing else pretty much..
