It’s been so long who knows what will be done with it. I wonder if they count when units like this need to be replaced by date of delivery or date put into service

Good question. Have to see how it is used. lf it's useful and determined worth it and "needed" or desired would be determining factors l guess.

I would imagine it will eventually just based off $$$, I’m sure there is a lot of training that goes into it as well.

I'm actually not sure it will Req that much additional training, what it will Req is a new set of SOPs to specify when it's called and how it's used.

Sorry I formulated it wrong. I saw a few months back they were doing training on it. Now that’s complete, I can’t imagine much is in the way.

Yesterdays 3rd alarm at the NYPD evidences warehouse fire would have been the perfect job to use the new “superpumper“. To bad it wasn’t in service. Might have to wait another 10 yeas for that opportunity again.

Foam 238 was bought by someone. Foam 260 will be going to 238. SP1 to E260

I cant imagine there is much wear and tear to the Foam Tender, it may have a lot of years on it but it probably doesn't have a lot of miles.

engine might not be to bad but the foam tanks won't be to great

What would how busy a company is have to do with a unit that’s stored there? E37 is a busy shop but the decon shower that was once housed there wasn’t busy
