I think Marine 4 is by the Coast Guard station at For Totten, Queens and Marine 8 is at the foot of Nelson Avenue in Great Kills, Staten Island. Maybe, just maybe, Marine 3 is in Sheepshead bay, Brooklyn. The others I don't know. Many years ago when there was only 1 MSU it was in a firehouse that contained the Mask Service Unit's repair shop. It was located on Welfare Island (now Roosevelt Island) next to the Dept. Of Hospitals vehicle repair shop just a hair north of the Queensboro (59th Street, Koch Bridge) or what ever they call it today.

Marine Operations Summer Boat Program will be in service as of 0700 hours, Monday, May 1, 2017 as follows:

 Marine 3, based at Kingsborough College, will cover the South shores of Brooklyn and Queens, and monitor
the Queens radio frequency.

 Marine 4, based at the Fort Totten, will cover the North shore of Queens and the South shore of the Bronx,
and monitor the Bronx radio frequency.

 Marine 8, based at Atlantis Marina, will cover Staten Island, and monitor the Staten Island radio frequency.
