Can someone explain how E54 gets relocated from 48th to 125th? This job didn't seem long for E54 to go uptown some 71 blocks. I'm new to this so forgive me if it seems like a dumb questions

E37/L40 is my home station. The estimated time for E37 to relocate to E289 is 1hr and 2 minutes. Pretty far even if you took the RFK

Also, 26,28, were tillers and they were in Northern Manhattan with 40 at one point

5,6,and 20 are all in the same area, so it's possible to have two pull up
