( FDNY BOX 916 - MANHATTAN ) - FDNY RESPONDING TO & ON SCENE OF A MAJOR 10-60 EMERGENCY FOR A LOOSE CONSTRUCTION CRANE ATOP OF A BUILDING DROPPING DEBRIS TO THE STREETS BELOW ON WEST 57TH STREET IN THE MIDTOWN AREA OF MANHATTAN IN NEW YORK CITY.
 
Did they actually have a hazmat incident as part of this or did the hazmat units only respond as a precaution?
