good points. For R6, I woulda thought of maybe getting some SOC guys from Roosevelt Isl and putting them on standby? I'm just curious is all.

  I recall reading somewhere that R4 was the 1st to be filled becaused they had good access to the whole city from their location near the BQE like HazMat 1 does. They're temporarily at E316 now.

Seriously . . . I'd guess some state or federal agency, given the lack of identifying decals. Or maybe some brand new NYPD ESU unit, so new they haven't had time to letter it?  But then, it seems to have NY license plates, which pretty much rules out NYPD or federal agencies (unless it's stealthy :o).


Maybe the mobile NSA listening post?  ;) ;)
 
1520hrs- Reports of NYPD Harbor recovering a body from the water. FDNY confirming to B-27.

1530hrs- NYPD Harbor 'George' bringing the recovered to Dyckman St.

I cannot be sure but i thought i heard a report that the body was not from the train incident...i am not sure though but it sounded like that....anybody else hear something ?

The trailer looks very much like that of Rescue 3's former collapse rig.
