MCC had advised BD just moments before that the debris removal process at the the scene of the 3rd Alarm will be paused until 04:00 and therefore they're releasing the watchline companies.
BD to MCC: Are any of your watchline companies still on scene? We have a box right around the corner.
MCC: They took up a couple of minutes ago, they should still be in the area.
