What does the term "Zone Awards" mean? I'm guessing that the bid is for one pumper so that they have a qualified bidder if they need any new rigs at this time, they would just to an add-on order based on this. By looking at the total number on the bids it looks like it's for about 40 engine companies. I didn't think there were that many that needed replacement even if you look at the next 3 years.Joebud2006 said:
