It's strange that the pictures shown here appeared a picture different windows than shown in the videos?  Unless they are the other side of the building it doesn't make much sense.  Could these blackened windows be from a previous fire?

.........the bldg is only 40 ft at its narrowest depth these apts may have ran through from side to side.....the video taken on one side then the photos taken on the other side.

Yes, you're correct. I was O/S and the fire was only visible on the exterior when you look from pitt st. the photographers took it on gouvernuer st.
