.........the bldg is only 40 ft at its narrowest depth these apts may have ran through from side to side.....the video taken on one side then the photos taken on the other side.

Yes, you're correct. I was O/S and the fire was only visible on the exterior when you look from pitt st. the photographers took it on gouvernuer st.
