yes. more like 1st due (normal 3rd due box) with E62 & E38 unavailable - though the dispatcher read the companies in that order, I doubt he meant that was the response order

Sounds like there was another box out at the same time to which E-63 & B-15 were initially assigned (hence the extra 1&1 on the box)
