7 story NYCHA MD, don’t think there is a standpipe...long hand stretches from the street up to 7th floor if that’s the case

How is it possible that a NYCHA facility does not have a standpipe?

The number of stories a building has is not a requirement for standpipe systems. Only buildings higher than 75’ require standpipes. These buildings are classified as Low Rise Fire Proof Multiple Dwellings.
