Rest in Peace, Chief. One of the legends. Thoughts and prayers for your family at home and on the job.

Chief Fowler was one of the Best and a Gentleman.R.I.P. and condolences to the Fowler Family. The first time I met him was around the late 50's early 60's he was doing a 30 detail from L123 to L132.The last time I saw him was at a second alarm on Radde Pl off Herkimer St. was a BC in Safety.I asked him why he was sticking around the second so long and he told me that 90% of the injuries happen after the fire is out.
