Long time choir member of St. John Nepomucene RC Church. Life member of Ancient Order of Hibernians, founding member and Chief of Escort, Tara Court Major Degree Team, Division 7, East Islip. Charter member of Hibernian Festival Singers. Founder and Director of Hibernian Players, Division 2, Babylon. Retired member of the Saffron Kilts Pipe Band, Color Guard, AOH Division 2. Proud member of American Legion, Bohemia. Past President of the Sunrise Village Homeowners Assoc. Beloved husband of Maureen. Loving father of Maureen Batemen (Alex), John (Janet) and the late Kathleen. Cherished grandfather of Connor, Alex, Ian, Brian, Brendan, Sean and Emma.
