5M is an Emergency Medicine MD. They provide medical control at scenes as well as training via CME and conduct QA/Qi with ambulance crews. Very helpful to have them on large or technically challenging assignments.

Thats for a game that hes doing it for called missionchief, I started the process of mapping out the units in the sheet but i'm still working on it, ill try to get it pushed out soon
