I think if there are individuals that would compile timely annual activity charts with monthly updates and summaries of serious fires, unusual jobs, etc., we would all welcome that.

We are already fortunate to have "raybrag" posting the monthly reports in "Beyond the Fires", which covers unusual incidents.

We also have "Signal73" who contributes the first due companies to each multiple alarm fire.

We have several members who faithful contribute information on each incident that is posted.
They do a GREAT JOB and without them, there would be NO Fire Activity Reports.

The first FDNY Fire Activity Report was produced in January, 2014, and got a very favorable response by some of our members.

But that Activity Report was only meant to provide a very basic list of All Hands and Multiple Alarm Fires on a monthly basis, and then a listing of the total All Hands and Multiple Alarm Fires throughout the city for the entire year by Boros.

Just a brief, simple basic list, of the Fire Activity of the FDNY.

Uptick in fire deaths primarily due to 17 deaths in Bronx apartment fire last January. RIP

Herb thanks. I hear your last name; and I always remember your brother. Two great guys and both a credit to the FDNY.

The data shown above correctly quantify "Serious Fires" (7-5s + Multiple Alarms). "Emergencies" are a separate category and are NOT included in numbers shown.
