Just a shot in the dark:

101st Rescue Squadron (101 RQS/ERQS)
New York Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing, Westhampton Beach, New York.

Saw this quote on the USAF Page:

I think the relationship could have been FDNY Members of the 106th Rescue Wing who were Active but not KIA . ? Not all the Units listed lost Members on 9-11.
