Interesting, KME is $200,000 more per unit than the original bid for the 91 units.  That's a 37% increase.  With that kind of a jump, I am surprised that Seagrave wasn't closer or even a little lower. That is a lot of money for a fire engine, especially when you need about 200 of them.
