New fdny rescue's???

Ferrara's been holding up so far this week while their old E-One is parked in the lot, just in case.

Is it officially put into service or are they using it as a Spare ? Because that's what I heard that Capt.Morris wants to do because in this video taken today shows Rescue 1 using the Spare Mack Rescue and than The Ferrara a few hours later , is the Pierce out or is it gone from R1 for good ?

Well it still (as of yesterday afternoon) is in service. Saw them respond to a box at the garden yesterday and was able to get some pictures. Truck looks nice, but IMO not as nice as the Pierce. Another thing I noticed was the word "Outstanding" was not put on the truck.

Also of note was L24 running the Ferrara that is now sporting the signature steerhorns on it.

Where did they put them?  The floodlight above the windshield blocks the position they were on the other rig.
