From what I understand they are instructed to not change those numbers, they can remove them but not change them. Any other personalization is ok

l assume that means not change the type / "breathability" of then, not the colors.

Looks like they are painting it similar to thier old Seagrave, with a black front piece insert on the bumper and rear
