GODSPEED DOUG!

Welcome Stoch. Please add any stories, comments or tales. Also - thank you for your military service.

If you worked with Tough Willy on a 2-man engine and survived listening to his stories, you must have had very good ear plugs or very bad hearing.

Here's an updated pic of "this old man" (as he put it) taken by the boss in 2015 with 319s new KME

TO ALL MEMBERS.....

I would like to THANK U ALL for the get well greeting while lying in a hospital bed. It meant so much to me and helped me to keep my head on straight reading all the jobs that have been happening the past week or so.

I was discharged even though my kidney count and a few other counts got allot higher. I follow up with my doctor Monday and then the fun starts with numerous specialists.

If l missed anyone's birthday...special event or new member to the group l do apologize for now acknowledging.
To those members H.B...GOOD LUCK..WELCOME ABOARD..ECT

I had been honored to buff at E 319
( The Lone Wolf ) from June 1959 to June 2019 ... I had a great 60 year run.
But things change...new bosses..allot of new probies including a great female firefighter. I wish the best of luck to The Lone Wolf members to continue the tradition of the greatest fire dept in the world. The FDNY
With much regards and respect

So glad Rev Elwood put me onto this podcast. Fantastic stuff

My only worry for this Thursday is they may not have enough time to fit all Dan's stories in lol

Looking forward to it 'Johnny Gage"

Thanks Brad

Guys, don’t forget to tune in tonight.

For those of us who still don’t have power, the show can be seen on their Gettin Salty YouTube channel later

By the way, hats off to all those utility workers who are out there working to get our electric power back. Meantime fire up the outside grills with plenty of steaks, burgers and dogs

Thank You Dan. It was a GREAT Show which lasted 2 hours.

Dan even gave a "plug in" for this web site in the beginning of the show.

Also a tip of the hat to Producer Pete, Kevin, and Lou who run the show.

For those who missed it they can check it out at "Youtube - FDNY Firefighter Dan Potter - Experience Podcast".

And let me also add, "Yes, there is a God". After loosing my electric power from the storm, my power came back on at 7:51 pm, just in time to watch the show.
