Of course no plan...when politicians dnt want police to do their job what do you expect. You told Chief of Dept to disbanded anti-crime units & give PD- Poms Poms & told them the adminstration aka the mayor & city elected officials u won't be backed and go out there & get guns, the rapists, robbers, addicts, gangs off the street. Yeh that'll work. Give a carpenter piece of wood & nail & no hammer ask him to build u a house see what happens. Feel bad for our brothers & sisters in blue.
