25 group chart
each dispatcher is assigned a group #
Tours are 12 hrs. Allowed to work up to 18

days are 0700-1900
Nights are 1900-0700

We work 2 days 24 hrs off
2 nights.
96 hrs off
Every 3rd set 120 off

The dispatcher's night tour groups are the same as the firefighting groups, correct?

Charlie, funny you asked that question. I interviewed the legend Warren 120 Fuchs last night for the book project and we were discussing just that. He also told me they cook at the CO, nobody brown bags, I thought that was interesting. He lives near you now in Bucks County.

Another FAD-related question. When did FADs begin wearing uniforms and what prompted that change? Thanks!

cooking went the way of the dodo with the move to the 2 PSAC buildings, as there are no kitchens.

About 13 years ago, with the move to the PSAC, and being on the same floor as the pd operators and ems dispatchers.
