Earlier on, there was a dewatering operation in the 11th Battalion. They were using a Tac (I assume Tac 1) and other units for dewatering equipment, sounded like it could be a while, so my guess is Tac 2 was heading to this via Manhattan

Must have been a lot of stuff going on at the same time. E38 third due? Many companies out of sequence...43, 75, 79, 95, 52, 88, 62, etc. Same with the truck companies.

Correct, there was a lot of other activity before and in between the alarms.

Dispatcher asked B-27 if he can drop it down to the 10-18 a moment before he gave the 10-75...

Rundown is probably not 100% accurate and likely missing some units.
