    8/28/23 Hamden CT

It was such a dump when I went there. I’m honestly surprised the building is still standing with how cheap it was built. I don’t know why they didn’t d knock the rest down when they demolished the auditorium and cafeteria. Lots of cancer linked to that building.

    8/28/23 Hamden CT

I’m surprised there is anything left to burn there. It’s only been closed for almost 20 years. Time to knock it down. Let’s not forget it closed because it was built on a toxic dump either lol

    Williams Key

Haven’t used one of the Williams Key’s but we have been making our own out of steel framing squares for years. We usually curve one side to manipulate drop bars, push bars and panic bars to gain entry to commercial buildings without any damage on AFA’s. I’m more of a fan of a small pry bar and...

    Newark, NJ 7/5/23 Ship Fire

No, Pak Tracker won’t penetrate steel or any dense materials. It would possibly get the Scba in alarm but wouldn’t be able to track the signal

    Rescue 4

FDNY gives the low bidder the specs on how they want the rig built and with what. The Seagrave fdny gets is not the Seagrave everyone else gets. They all have their fair share of issues. It all comes down to spec’.

New Haven, Ct Building Collapse 6/2/23

Engine 8 is basically a squad, they have squad 2’s old rig and all the equiptment without the name. They run out of whitney station with rescue 1 so they are all pretty much crossed trained. There is a trench/technical trailer but it was not needed for this incident
