I recently was informed the Ladder 43 used to be at Engine 91's quarters until 1974. So, I swung by today as saw that despite almost 47 years of absence the ghosts of the letters remain, which I thought was pretty neat.
EMS was using them, untill Covid's increase in call volume necessitated the return in traditional ambulances. Most seem to have become spare Conditions cars, but I saw the HazTac Battalion is also now using one.
L7 went down S 11th Street the wrong way and made an excellent position. During the course of operations interior operations were stopped and crews were removed from 119 and defensive operations began. Crews still operated in the exposures controlling extension. 119 later collapsed in the rear...
