“{ FDNY BOX 0086 ~ MANHATTAN }”…..”{ FDNY OPERATING AT A DEADLY 10-60 MAJOR PARKING GARAGE COLLAPSE ON ANN STREET IN THE LOWER MANHATTAN AREA OF NEW YORK CITY }”…..
At 4:57on the video how come Buildings has what looks like a FDNY patch on the arm?

Are they getting all the cars off that mare saveable
It's going to be days or possibly even weeks before they start trying to do anything like that. Right now I'm sure the building is not stable enough to consider putting somebody on top of it to attach a crane to the vehicles.

from video of the scene, looks like FDNY has at least two real tail-wagging canines and at least one of the robotic kind. are they all part of the same unit?
The robotic dog might be with one of the Command Tactical Units, early on in the incident I heard CTU-2 responding, perhaps they brought it.

FDNY Robotics was actually doing a PR demonstration introducing the dog in Manhattan right before this incident and within an hour were there operating with it for the first time.
Does the robotic dog have special sensors, for example that could detect body heat from a survivor, or does it simply provide a camera view that has to be interpreted by human handlers ? Question is, in such a dangerous situation, what would FDNY do if a live person was detected in the middle of the rubble ? How could they get the person out without causing a further collapse ?
