While on topic number of companies in fdny.
Does anyone know what was the highest amount for engine and truck companies before all the closing over the years.
 
I know the one of the Chiefs in the 45 was trying to get Roosevelt Island to move over to the queens frequency a few years ago.

If Marble Hill can be dispatched by the Bronx, I don't see any reason Roosevelt Island can't be dispatched by Queens.
