He was a "Police Trainee" working in Communications (When it was still 440-1234) at 240 Centre Street. When he reached the age of 21 in 1970 or '71 he was appointed to "Patrolman" and assigned to the 41 in the Bronx. He had a souped up '65 Mustang, baby blue in color and boy was it tricked out. He took a hell of a chance parking it on Centre street while working midnight to eight's.

I'm sure there will be a valid defense presented as to how the P.O.'s were the aggressors in this "misunderstanding" and the perp will be immortalized in the "Police Brutality Victims Files."  Did anyone read about the female cancer surgeon who hit a P.O. with her car after receiving a double parking summons? She states that she "does not accept summonses and was brutalized by the cops" when she was pulled by the arm from her car" following the ensuing chase. Does any normal, rational, sane person wonder why the P.O.'s are sick of this crap and do as little as possible?
