Seagrave Marauder II Pumpers

Engine 35 received its new rig on 1/28/10.

Only three 2009's left to go into service    323, 275, and 285

E 285 in Ozone Park received its new pumper on 2/9/10.  E323 (delivered 11/14/09) and  E275 (delivered 11/16/09) but not in service yet.

The new pumpers for Engines 323 and 275 were both delivered at the same time and on the same day, about two weeks ago.  When training for the two companies is completed, the Marauder II pumpers will be placed in service, probably next week.

Im looking for some detailed photos interior(drivers instrument panel overhead console, officers side dash and HVAC tunnel that runs down the middle of the truck)FDNY or any other new Seagrave M2 with raised. Needed for model Iam building.
Thanks

Please could someone list what trucks went where from 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Just shop numbers and company assigned would be great.
For example...  SP07001  E4  etc.
If I can get a complete apparatus list established, I will post the file somewhere on this site.

Thanks.  ;D

Engine 275 received its new rig on March 5, 2010. All 2009 units delivered and in service.

28 units are expected for 2010.

2010 units will have a spotlight on them mounted on the roof behind the middle light bar.

Engine 84 is back at Seagrave. Anybody with any information on what happened to that one?

What year engines are the 2010 MII's set to replace?

I notice a photo online of Engine 1's MII, isnt that a bit early considering E1 is a 2001 model, and going by FDNY's replacement policy wouldnt due to be replaced  until 2012..

I guess they're gonna start replacing some of the buiser companies now too? ???
If thats the case E21,23,34 and 65 might be next? The crazy part of my brain thinks that the city wants to show off new shiny things so they're doing this only for aesthetics...but like i said, thats the crazy part of my brain.

They are also replacing some early so they can have some decsent spares. They want to get rid of everything before 2000. At least according to the shops that is what they want to do with the rearmounts when the new Ferraras come in. Some of the spares out there now are in bad shape.

Speaking of the new Ferrara's....what is their status, how far into production are they and when are they due in?

haven't seen anything on Ferrara's website since the initial announcement and i check every few days.

The companies with 2001's, and the first batch of 2002's, are all companies that had their apparatus destroyed on 9/11 and were assigned new rigs from the emergency purchases.  It just happens that these rigs are the ones that are now up for replacement.  I would doubt that there is any politics involved in what companies are getting the new rigs - the new rigs are being assigned to the companies in order, so it's the first 15 or so 2002's being replaced.  And I must say, it's refreshing to see the city slightly ahead on the 10 year replacement cycle, as opposed to three or so years behind, as with the tower ladders in the last few years.

With this in mind, i assume that 4 of the 2010 MII's will be HP engines for Engines 6, 10, 65 and 34.

One point, there has been no word of any bid put out for the Squads, that are 2000 and 2001 Seagraves, are these been incorporated into the MII engine orders or will a whole new bid go out, if its a new bid this will result in some prety old and beaten squads running round the streets, taking into consideration the time it takes to put out invites for tenders for bids, then the bids, the the meetings, then the confirmation of bid to whatever manufacturer, then the build, issue testing, teathing problems and then actually reversing into the apparatus bays of its new squad company!
