I have to say that they are all very sharp looking rigs and am happy to hear they are holding up.
I'm not sure if "Holding Up" is the correct phrase to use at this point in time.  They haven't been in service long enough to determine how they will hold up!  Fortunately they have been delivered without having any major problems inherent in the design or manufacturing process which is an extremely good thing.  In addition as you stated they are quite sharp looking.  Only time will tell about how well they will hold up.

Your right on that Bulldog, and I meant the "Holding Up" as mainly the were holding up to spec. I know a city in the Midwest, small one, that ordered if I remember correctly something like 5 or 6 engines that the dealer changed the specs with the help of somebody at fire headquarters and when the shops wanted to kick them back the higher up said just accept them. It turned out there were some major issues and EOne had to eat the costs of getting them up to the original spec and the dealer lost is business.

Thats why I said Holding Up. And I still say they are a great looking rig.

On 11/11 I witnessed E247 with their new KME pumper, today at 5pm they were roaring down 13th Ave with a well worn Seagrave spare, a little too soon I thought!

The only thing i can think of is that there rig went  back to have the suspension update completed. ....If that's not the reason,  I have no clue.

I believe that the suspension update is being completed in qts with the Co. O.O.S. for a brief period.  I could be wrong though...

It's not a major overhaul or anything.  They're just upgrading a small piece to better handle the NYC road conditions.  So far KME has been pretty responsive, as far as making adjustments as they become necessary.

After 5 days with that well worn Seagrave spare, E247 roaring down 13th Ave again with their new KME pumper, a sharp looking rig!!!

"Fire Under The Bridge" Engine 205 finally received their new KME, they needed one. Quartered with Tiller Ladder 118 - now both rigs are new.
