1/10/25 Bronx 5th Alarm Box 3462

That part of the contract, I will never understand. I understand the part about Relocations and BI's. But not being able to get the meal is, something..it makes zero sense to me.
What exactly is the MCC? My ops guide, 13th ed, says page 65 but that page is for PIO and rebreather units. And while you have it open check out page 66 and Rescue rundown, can someone advise the editor of this fantastic publication to correct that listing, thank you.

The MCC is the Mobile Command Center. Theres the field comm, then there's the MCC. I believe the MCC is S/C only.

Mobile Command Centers they are used for pro long ops. Special events like New Year’s Eve, 4th of July, Parades and other large events. For major collapses and fires to relieve field com. New Years Eve they use both MCCs one is for EMS and other for Fire.

MCC-2 is at 233 I believe. MCC-1 is at E-93.
Mobile Command Center locations: MCC-1 at E-233; MCC-2 at E-93.
One MCC is normally dispatched only on 10-60 Code 1 signals and is otherwise "special called."
MCC-1 covers Bkn, Qns, and SI; MCC-2 is assigned for Man and Bnx.

In addition to MCC1 and MCC2, there is the Mobile Operations Centre (MOC) located at E207/L110, and the IMT Planning Vehicle, located at Engine 262. The IMT planning vehicle can be deployed outside of NY as a part of national deployments for the Incident Management Team and I believe is fairly similar to the MCC units. Not sure the full details on the MOC or how it differs from the MCCs.

The Mobile Operations Center is a smaller version of the Mobile Command Units, is housed at the Brooklyn Borough Command (E-207/L-110), and is used for planning, communications, as a command post, or for community events. It is staffed by the Borough Command personnel when activated.

IMT no longer at 262. Well as of 7/3/23 it wasn’t there
